What V-Farms is
V-Farms is a publisher. We research and write about farms that are for sale, for lease, or looking for caretakers. We aren't a real estate broker or agent, and we don't represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. We never charge for an introduction, a match, a lease, or a sale.
Information, not advice
Everything here, including the guides, is general information from our own research. It isn't legal, tax, financial, immigration, or real estate advice. Farms, prices, terms, and rules change, and listings come from their owners and other sources. Check everything yourself, and with a local professional, before you buy, lease, or move.
No guarantees
We work to get the facts right and date what we check, but we can't promise that anything on this site or in our emails is complete, current, or free of errors. You use it at your own risk.
Membership
- Membership is $10 a month or $100 a year. Founding members pay $6 a month or $60 a year, and keep that price for as long as the membership stays active.
- It renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You pay through Stripe. Billing is handled by Anabasis Intelligence LLC, so that's the name on your card statement.
- Cancel any time from your account page. The membership runs to the end of the period you paid for and then stops. We don't refund part of a month or year.
- Membership is for one person. Please don't forward the list or share your sign-in.
- If the price ever changes, we'll email members at least 30 days before it applies. Founding prices don't change.
Our content
The writing, the guides, and the research are ours. You're welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. Please don't republish the guides or the list in full.
